To qualify for assistance, your gross income for the total household must fall below or be equal to the amount shown for your household size. You must live in Dade County Georgia. If you qualify for SNAP or have children who receive free lunches at school you will probably qualify for this USDA program called The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).

To sign up to receive food distributions, please come to the Pantry on the first or third Fridays of the month, between 3-5 p.m.

Lookout Mountain residents may sign up at the West Brow Fire Hall on the first Friday of the month from 2 to 4 pm. and continue to collect food boxes at this satellite location in future months.

For emergency assistance we partner with Trenton United Methodist Church. Their contact information is 706-657-6170 or email: [email protected].. Their office hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 10:30 to 5:30. They provide emergency food and referrals for other assistance.
